Also they said if you take their course and only then can you have access to insiderscash website to have access to private funding without running your credit-insiders cash he said was only going to make sure thedeal is "good" before providing you with funding.The instructor their gave a simple view of a positive transaction: Property valued at 160k buy it at 60 k sell it for 110k and you can use insiderscash for the funding and he said once you know it is a good deal you put it under contract (30 day escrow) and start looking for a buyer, once you find a buyer you close the deal right away and collect your profit of 50k - expenses.They have you come in for a 3 hour seminar where they sell you this program and others.

.- The instructors/mentors in the US are a little bit more distant as in, they're not as available as they are in Canada and it's simply because of the Student to Teacher ratio.
