Hi everyone,

First off, thanks to those of you who have taken the time to write all of the many high-quality posts on this site. They have been of great value to me since I first discovered the site several months ago. I am a college history instructor and just started investing in real estate two years ago. Though, I did work for ten years in the financial industry and have other investment experience. So far, I have purchased two two-units and one four-unit that I am currently renting, but I am very eager to take things to the next level. I am principally interested in high cash flowing multi-family properties. I hope to post some details about one particular deal I am looking at in the very near future. I would also be interested in networking with other investors, etc.
