This implies you do not take the extra money obtained in the refi and squander it unless you have reserves to handle a Great Recession event (which this virus may be a GR like event).Take the money now, but if you do not have sufficient reserves consider using it to build those reserves.

Most people sign up based on closeness to home, how cheap per month dues, and amenities offered in base membership.The real money is private trainer sessions, vitamin and protein food shop, clothing and accessories etc.

Even if the supply wasn't rising we should see less buyers in the market, which will increase the monthly inventory supply as time goes on.Supply up and demand down implies that the median home price will drop and should continue to drop for a good amount of time.I absolutely do not recommend panic selling, especially if the subject property is your primary residence.

That is not to imply you or the tenant want to force her to move into a half finished apartment.If it were me, I would state that you can prorate her rent for April 15th, and will even abate the rest of April, so nothing is due until May 1.
