The apartments will have parking problems, noise complaints, unauthorized animals, kids scratching the neighbor's car with their bikes, higher turnover, etc.

This business, whether it's wholesale or sales, is a slow grind but success does begin to snowball and compound if you just stick in it and keep doing the right things. 

But it isn't for those who are allergic to the grind.

Maybe I'll swap them over at some point but it seemed in the noise at first.
