I'm currently evaluating a property under escrow and gathering more details.

My goal is 1) to help you build the case (and financial model) for shared homeownership using real-life examples and 2) to get feedback from folks outside my network on the process i've created.

We review the reports and feedback they provide and take any necessary actions based on that information.

In summary, I am curious if this looks like a project others would take on, and I'd appreciate feedback on how I might refine my deal analysis or estimates.

I had seen a few posts from renters who said they didn't want to require renter's insurance as that may be another point of friction but I appreciate your feedback, thank you!

Other feedback on here is correct; putting 5% down on a multi and expecting to cashflow within 12-24 month is not exactly realistic many times unless you are buying a steal of a home.
