Investors often tend to try more riskier forms of investing that could create a claim down the line for the brokerages Errors and Omission policies.This is why many brokerages like vanilla type transactions for their agents.Emily it's very common for agents to sell maybe 1 to 2 deals a year and keep the JOB as security.
