Hello All,I am researching potentially using my newly renovated 2nd unit in a house hack duplex I am living in as an Airbnb rental.I believe I am eligible as the property has only 2 units and I am the owner and reside in the property full time.Reaching out to anybody doing the same thing in my neighborhood to find out what the pitfalls are and any problems encountered so that I may address them first and save time on deciding if this is for me or not.My question is if this is worth doing and is profitable in the Jersey City area.

I know if the person is listed as a trustee I could directly mail to them, but I have been encountering lots of homes that are listed as John Smith Revocable Trust, or John Smith Non Revocable Trust, where I believe that the person who owns the home may either be deceased or towards the end of their life.
