Mailing Trusts and Estates

Hey everyone,

Just had a quick question. I've been mailing and cold calling off of potential motivated seller lists and was wondering, has anyone been able to get deals from a trust or estate. I know if the person is listed as a trustee I could directly mail to them, but I have been encountering lots of homes that are listed as John Smith Revocable Trust, or John Smith Non Revocable Trust, where I believe that the person who owns the home may either be deceased or towards the end of their life. I've been mailing them because usually I can't find a phone number associated but was just wondering if anyone had some luck with this situation I've described.
