The more you deviate from your original agreement, the more someone will feel like they can take advantage of you and the situation (whether consciously or subconsciously). 

For example, there are neighborhoods I would avoid if I were very safety conscious.

We want to use six years of a money marketing account with saving monthly but also be conscious of how to come into the Townhome on how to build equity within that.

Marketing wise, highlighting the sustainability factor could attract eco-conscious tenants.

We find travelers with higher budgets tend to book on Airbnb and Furnished Finder attracts more budget conscious travelers.

This way the tenant is conscious of additional utility costs and they won't feel like you're nickel and diming them each month.
