Chicago investors: What areas of Chicago would you NOT invest in?

I am looking to buy my first multifamily to househack in Chicago. For those investors (new or seasoned) that have property in the city, what neighborhoods do you stay away from? Why?

Thank you.

@Hailey Padgett there are people profiting in every neighborhood of Chicago, and many people have been investing intentionally in some of the tougher neighborhoods.  Obviously, you have to feel safe in the neighborhood so that is an important factor. With house hacking, I think you should focus more on what your goal is. Are you trying to acquire cash flow or reduce living costs in an A class neighborhood? Normally people I have worked with in the past go through this dilemma first as they try to decide how and where to house hack.
