Been kinda cruising the internet for someone I can rep for and haven't found anybody that's been very responsive, which actually surprises me some.Just looking to get paid on closed loans if I connect borrower and lender (and screen the deal, of course), anybody know of anybody out there (that I could feel good representing) that'd do that sort of thing?

Sometimes this does come back down the broker ship but Investor B needs deal flow, so typically they handle offsetting that in house.  

Some would argue using locally cut FSC certified Maple is more environmentally friendly than a non FSC bamboo shipped from China. 

Those points can be redeemed for travel, cruises, hotels, gift card, etc.

You are better of joining a local investment club along with cruising this forum.

Now conventional loans come in and almost everyone is dumping FHA for lower premiums and costs.Seems like many will jump ship as mentioned to private placed insurance which is less now with the increases or work out another solution.
