I'm not in Corpus, from Houston, but interested in investing in CC.

Your reserves could be built up for new BRRRRs or flips where you can pay yourself back, Worst case a AC unit goes out and you put it on a cc untill you sell or refi your new investment and pay yourself back. 

Otherwise use savings or CC since it doesn't sound like it will be too costly.

I have 8 rental properties and need to get a CC.

I used to live in Winter Park and that area has a ton of students mixed with families because it's in the center of Rollins, UCF, full sail, Seminole State cc and Valencia community college.

We have CC debt that we are working on paying off.  

Original plan was to repair and continue to rent - but he has been working with a debt consultant who suggested it would best to just walk away as he has some CC debt he could roll in as well. 

Are there any local CC groups or meetings in the area that others can come together for help or just to discuss potentially deals?

Be sure you understand what someone is selling as “turnkey” as there is no formal definition of it, although we’ve created one years ago.My understanding from reading threads here on BP is that what they were selling as turnkey was far from it.Tthe common product they were offered we’re almost always sub-par $50,000 properties in neighborhoods we classify as C, C- or Ds.  

You get properties that are off market, that no one knows about.Sure DMM CC D4D... all (bad) possibilities.But why not dive into (ok) possibilities like PPC and FB ads.And the absolute best way to get deeply discounted leads obviously is SEOWe get about 5 to 12 leads in everyday, for free, that are super motivated.If you only saw the profit margins we make just because we get them so discounted, you would flip.Get it?
