SM and those areas are too rich for my blood, they consume a load of capital to acquire and take a while to really start paying off. 

Former caregivers are like firmer house-keepers: they are hired help, unless related by blood or marriage.Actually drive to the courthouse of the Decedent's last residence (per the death Cert) and search the public records for any open probate or prior Conservatorship. 

I find the work very satisfying however the income that bring home in exchange working for someone else, is nowhere near my potential and at the end of the day I feel my bank account does not reflect my blood, sweat and tears.

If these greedy gluttons own property and waste it all on their short-sighted self-interest, then godly people looking out for the greater good should start to own property as well to counter these blood suckers.

Hello to all - I've been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years - have seen the very very highs and the very lows and everything in between - but it is in my blood - I love the industry and would not want to be in any other profession.

Blood stamps.

Rehabbers are fighting over deals in many markets.Profit margins are becoming thinner and thinner.A few years ago, you can buy a house worth $200K for $50K, put $50K of repairs in it and come out - after all expenses - making a cool $50K.

but now a days with all the new blood and young folks out there that are very SMART these kind of deals really don't happen.
