By that I mean don't go spending all of your marketing dollars on one or two batches of mailers and expect the phone to start ringing off the hook.

Just mix small batches so it doesn't get too dry.

I met some serious investors from a few batches of yellow letters. 

:) After reading a couple articles I've decided this week before Sunday I will be sending out my 1st batch of direct mail pieces and just wanted to get some general advice or motivation.

All good answers though @Jade Davis  I've placed Andes mints in a batch of yellow letters and seemed to get a good response. 

They typically release repair cost funding in batches.

There is always going to be 2 or 3 out of the batch that no matter where your properties are located have the potential to give you problems.

I got my list from yellowletters.com but a batch of  550 mailers from them costs 1.10/ea. 

We batch process returns and they ALL mail out of our accounting office on or before the 30th day.Also, I can never be sure when I will get any invoices, especially when it involves a GC with subs.
