Ok, so now were stepping into more advanced leg of things and where I am betting most are going to start getting lost in things as a background in Econ 40_+ is very helpful if not mandatory for where I am going with this. 

And tenants that pass muster - good credit scores, stable jobs, good income, no criminal background, no evictions, etc - generally are responsible pet owners.
