While this type of investing is a bit more involved, I can tell you that it is a very good form of investing for us New Yorkers.

If you want to come to KC to check out the market, I would plan a trip around the 2nd Tuesdsay - you will find quite a few turn key providers at MAREI.org on the business directory as well as in their intro to KC Magazine posted on their home page.Past that, if you come to the MAREI meeting there will be over 100 local people to ask questions and build your team.

The only thing she could do to you is put your sender's address on a holding list.. even thought, this is more applicable for other promotional mails such as credit cards companies, "free-type" magazine, etc.

If your spouse is interested in home shows or house design magazines, ask her to pick out the finishes / paint color etc to get her more involved.
