On top of that, they can only loggin using Lodgify's PM website at pm.lodgify.com vs the more important app.lodgify.com site that has access to the inbox and calendar.

I see this most often, when people go shopping on the national websites chasing rates. 

I understand I would be responsible for paying associated court fees with an eviction, but assumed a PM would be able to handle the process and not need to outsource it to a lawyer.
