How far is the family willing to go to a grocery store, sure there are convenience stores but for a weekly trip?

Not being smart enough to realize there's toilet paper at every gas station not to mention the 24 hour Walmart and the 5 grocery stores right down the street.

When my condo tenant complained about tenants next store playing loud music into the night, my sister, who manages the place for me had to call the condo PM, who contacted the HOA, who contacted the condo owner next door.

Let's talk store front.  

Own property next to a Dollar General Store and looking for a business/idea that would complement DG, attract their  client/customer base

People don't go to the grocery store or gas station and expect to get food and groceries for free because they're sick. 

And if it's in both units you can buy a couple of extra boxes for the inevitable cracks and store them in your closet.

We are looking at a duplex in an up and coming area in SLC, UT that is near a great park, close to downtown, and starting to see a lot of restaurants and stores coming into the area.
