Where DO I START?!!!?!!!
I'm at ground zero when It comes to real estate investing. I'm 23 and just trying to find a basis for where to start. The goals is to flip houses but also create a portfolio of rental properties. Also open to learning how to wholesale properties. All input is greatly appreciated!

Listen to the BP podcasts. Every strategy has it's advantages and you don't have to choose just 1 strategy.
You could wholesale to build capital to buy flips to build capital to buy and hold rentals. Or you could just buy and hold. You could invest in notes. I could go on but I think you get the idea.
