If I renew the lease, I print out a new bank statement from the escrow account and send the tenant the new paperwork and a copy of the statement.This way, every year, the tenant gets a reminder that tells them: "Your security deposit is still there and its yours and I'm not making money off it." 

From there, there are a lot of companies that can help with the printing and mailing.

Btw, most home warranties have so much fine print, i'm pretty shocked you are able to get an entire new unit put in.  

I don't know how it is up in New Hampshire, but an LLC in NY can run up to $2000 just to start (stupid forced advertising that keeps print media afloat....).

I'll admit though, I'm not too sure about it's ability to export/print to paper with nice-looking template. 

I did this for the rental we are closing on this week - mostly so I could visualize it myself but I figure if we start to show the property early, we could share it with prospective tenants or have print outs in each of the rooms for people to see.

It's also important to make sure you use your agent's board approved forms and not just print this one off of bigger pockets.

I marked off areas on the printed sheet with a marker.

Their is some serious fine print with these companies, and for the most part they can either wiggle out of doing the repairs, or your damage or problem simply doesn't qualify for  ______ reason.
