Hello Steve,I grew up just north of Boston in Peabody.

I grew up here and am used to it.

My wife and I grew up in Chandler and currently live on the border of Chandler and Gilbert in a county island.

For the majority of the north side of Milwaukee, you will be dealing with African-American blue collar people who either want to live in the same neighborhood they grew up in, or don’t want to be far from family who live in the same neighborhood or a nearby neighborhood.

I grew up in Rochester NY, went to school in Pittsburgh and now I'm living in Cockeysville, MD and working in York, PA.

I have 2 different areas in mind:Area A:  This is the area I grew up in. 

I grew up living in a "house hacking" family, meaning we would move house to house rehabbing and living in the construction zone, and last year I worked with my brother in law on a few rehab/flip projects he has.

I'll be relocating to Minnesota this summer and grew up in Central NY (Utica area) so these are my two areas of focus currently.There's an overwhelming amount of information on this forum about different strategies but I've decided on direct mail marketing to apartment owners in Oneida County, NY as my primary focus.
