You also want them to explain which parts are working fine so that you know they checked all the sensors, blower capacitor, blower motor, exhaust motor, and burner.

Since mobile homes fall under a motor vehicle category MHP operators would need to check the rules in their state of the entity that handles motor vehicles, titles, etc.

My experience was being told it would cost $800 to replace a garage door opener (just the motor).  

It burned up the motor and I had to replace it.It happens...6 units over several years and only 1 garbage disposal, seems pretty small.
