My biggest fear is doing it on my own and people taking advantage of me because I am a female.

I am 58 yr female & seeking financial freedom for myself and leaving a legacy for my grandsons/family. 

I am a female alone and I think he feels that I can't do anything about it. 

Hi I'm introducing my self I'm Tricie living in Saint Petersburg,Florida and I'm into assigning my low ball deal contracts to all fast cash buyers/investors/wholesalers and have hard money loan or proof of funds  is needed in various areas I'm doing business at.I also need transactional funding lender,more female entrepreneurs to do business with ,networking but not limited to anyone else 

If i buy a house and start renting it out would my tenents take me seriously as a young female in college?

I noticed it's been awhile since you spoke about being burned out....how's the wholesaling business going since your last post (not to step on any toes gentelmen) but I have been trying to connect with some of the female wholesaler within the platform.

If it were me I would have a couple of my female friends and maybe even a realtor or 2 take a quick look and see what they think.
