You can never over dress, but can underdress.

I have been dressed many different ways and it doesn't seem to matter on the price much.

It's kind of like regular people that dress in exact military gear which is against the law.

So a few of our lady agents wore them even if they went out in twos and made sure they were wearing a loose dress so as to not hamper getting to the gun quickly.

I carry a clipboard and look like I'm there to work, or at least supervise people who work.If I'm going to a meeting, investor event, somewhere I want to look respectable, it's a nice pressed button down, dress pants, jacket depending on weather, fresh haircut, beard trim.

Now as far as dress code, I'm usually doing the work myself so I'm not always the cleanest.

(For example I have heard of someone posting a picture of themselves on the back of their postcards, slightly dressed down, with their dog and their family to point out that they are not a bank or some rich investor, but a nice guy down the street) 

Just as Sarah Shockley mentioned, JWB appears to dress up properties well inside and out.

A size two dress doesn't make a size two model.  

Seems most want to deal in their under ware at a computer, but if you get dressed and go the the Recorder's Office, you'll find plenty of paper to make a few phone calls on.
