I think one common theme I see on BP is that people go hunting for deals without the funding necessary..

With the thought of the 3 weddings, 3 colleges, 8 cars, and lots of guns I will need to pay for in the near future.

So here is the skinny: I have no real estate experience, a full-time job, planning my wedding for next June and have been renting for ever!

You start tapping into event crowds, reunions, business travel, weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.

I feel like this a very common theme, and the most common way people get started.. buy a house, move and rent it out.  

My costs are a lot less than a larger company typically charges because I use a lot of my own items and just rent out larger pieces that are specific to the theme/design of the individual home that is being staged.

And, by the way, invite me to your wedding. ;-)
