Also this is a virtual deal, so going to a local REI meeting is out of the picture

Real estate rentals are not really considered "businesses" in some sense because virtually all the value is in the equity of the real estate.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE - I will have to onboard a virtual assistant and train them to handle a lot of the aspects (posting properties, signing leases, managing maintenance tickets, etc).
