#inspiring.The thing i am struggling is finding a good, trustworthy Handyman and Cleaning person, I am planning to handle them remotely and it worries me if i don't have those trustworthy person to rely on, i might end up getting bad reviews...

Check on the syndicates experience and trustworthiness (look for referrals, social media, etc).  

Obviously finding trustworthy contractors is key which is the part that makes me nervous.

What you SHOULD do... is think about how you can use all that money you spend for more than just one end goal.What if when you spend that money, you don't just ask people if they want to sell their house and after that you are gone... instead find a way to ALSO build your company, your reputation, your authority in this space, your web presence.Example...By just putting the link of your website, your Instagram, your YouTube channel etc. etc. now you didn't spend an extra cent YET you also drove traffic to those channels making you more trust worthy and more credible.That is personally why I think DMM is one of the worst ideas ever.

You want someone trustworthy, hardworking and on top of things.

I look at their credit score because it is usually the best indicator of how trust-worthy they are as a consumer (but it isn't always accurate).

Unless you have a trustworthy GC/rehab crew, you'll easily find yourself over-budget and blowing past deadlines. 

You need to have trustworthy property manager and if possible, go down to the area before you buy, see the property in person, understand the market, and then buy.
