If you have tenants who clog your drains, get rid of them (it is a law here that tenants must not clog drains).Water, the most destructive force on the planet, the stuff the pipes are intended to carry away in the first place, will clean the lines as it goes my friend.

It sounds like you just need to glove up get some good (non toxic) cleaners and go to town.  

I don't know the area too well but I brokered the Planet Fitness deal in the K Mart Shopping Center about 10 years ago.

I hear ya, although Colliers International is far from the uninformed, this is a top 5 commercial RE company on the planet...NYSE listed etc.

There are also a lot of toxic ways to get stuck in mud.Glad you're willing to put in the work.
