I secretly miss the days of notebook style planners, but I also really enjoy technology and keeping things simple with electronics/apps.

I see technology changing the industry significantly.

I agree BP is a great resource, and now so much is possible today remotely with both information and technology. 

Technology is on your side but sometimes the old school, real world, good branding and local presence pays off.

With technology its very easy to work a financial advisor remotely. 

If you plan to live there for 20-30 years and don’t think solar technology is going to get any cheaper or better than go ahead, otherwise skip it. 

The Famous 5th question I may offer, would be what types of technology does the guest speaker use within their business.

From some brief research it seems like its a promising area but not sure the technology is there yet to match the ease of use of a standard toilet.

A Vaccine, unless a miracle happens (good possibility of this due to advances in technology) looks to be 12-18 months away.There may also be drugs, such as the AIDS Cocktail, that may reduce the death rate.There are still lots of unknowns, and China is massaging the data on the death and infection rate and still not allowing CDC to visit China to gather information.The travel ban from China to the US, plus the 14 day quarantine, seems to have helped a lot to keep the US infection rate low.The question for the US economy, is what impact will the CoronaVirus have on other countries economies?

The way that technology is disrupting the real estate industry, I believe that agents will either have to get better or get out...and that is a good thing for everyone!
