I am also banned from messaging , I cant send colleague's request, i know the rules I didn't marketed anything only sent request to someone who was a high profile in real estate and being a real estate whole seller I just send him the request to be a part, he msged me back that he will spam me, I think he did it and now I am banned, I never marketed anything, please help me in this regard.

No need to sign any exclusive buyer rep agreements, spam, etc.

And if you click on a sidebar, like patch of land, currently being actively discussed as a crummy place to invest with- you will be e-mail spammed.  

I do get spam text messages, but that happens on VRBO and AirBnB, too. 

Do you see a lot of spam submissions with the "lead gen" ad types, or do you have it pretty well nailed down?

It seems all of my notifications were going to spam.

A proactive approach (contacting other members unsolicited) might be considered spam and result in termination from Nextdoor.Since I have had no involvement with the real estate feature, I have no opinion about it. 

Now, I mention this point because you may be receiving enquiries and these emails are falling into you promo, updates, or maybe spam mail.
