Blocked from Messages?? Help??

I am brand new to bigger pockets and I was trying to connect with other investors in the area and was specializing my request  with a little message asking if we can connect and to get a better idea of them and their business. I added my name and phone number at the bottom and then copy it and pasted it to send to another investor. 

Now it's saying that I am blocked from sending messages. I guess its from my phone number or that I copied and pasted the message. How can I get the messaging ability back?
