When it happens to a post or a few within a thread, but the rest of the thread can be viewed, you would have found some violation of the BP forum rules within those posts that can no longer be seen; but the content has not been deleted from the BP server for any of those, just classified to be no longer viewable.

.- site interface hasnt been updated in years. the menuing is old style, - no client side (e.g. jquery) interaction to make data entry easier on the user to enter data. everything seems to be server side - enter 5 fields, hit submit and wait, etc.- the accounting side is bad and needs an overhaul as well - hard to find the reports, they default to 90 day reports, etc.I have watched the training videos, but quite frankly i have used a lot of different web based systems, and I shouldnt have to watch videos to figure the system out (IMHO).S

You'll probably make close to what you do now as a server but it'll get you closer to your goal of being educated in real estate.- Be patient and consistent.

But the alternative server was only given so much time to operate so that all infected computers had to get fixed during that time.

If you're going to go with a constable you might as well jump to a process server who is much better equipped to see that your tenant is served though at a higher cost.

Bill Gulley Those Ruby errors are the BP servers falling on their sword ;-) Either there is an error in some of the new code being introduced or, more probable in the event of a 522 error, the server is taking too long to respond.
