It is a simple 2 minutes or less process for each lock. you insert the working key, then a tool, and do a couple of turns in a certain sequence, put the new key in and turn it and you are now re-keyed.

In comparison to the list produced in Harris County, it's very difficult to pull out the physical address, adjudged value, etc in a legible form so as to make sound decisions in advance of an auction.

If short term and/or at market the best way to value is direct sales comparison of other similar properties that have market rents minus some lease up expenses.If there are long term leases above or below market then you'd use the income approach.
