Galveston proxy bidders and list help

Is anyone aware of tax deed auction proxy bidders in Galveston?  Any suggestions on making sense of the monthly list produced by the county?  It's a mess! In comparison to the list produced in Harris County, it's very difficult to pull out the physical address, adjudged value, etc in a legible form so as to make sound decisions in advance of an auction.
