Would pulling up the wood boards and placing a plastic membrane layer directly to the joists before reapplying the boards work?

Sorry for whoever got my garbled message.Today spent 30 min too long reading BP have to run to office (am late) need to get work done, including call possible new tenant to replace old tenant who wants to end lease early, call electric Co. on appliances fried from the short in their main line, try to find a worker to help me work on my rehab this weekend.

Make sure you hang plastic to build a containment around your work area because the aerosol epoxy dust travels far and gets on everything!  

They apparently fried everything.

I Use 9 in. paper and tape around top and bottom trim and plastic on the walls and floor to prevent overspray.

There was what looked like a 2 foot diameter plastic barrel in the ground which was the reservoir.

I probably shouldn't try to have a smart conversation when my brain is fried because I'm not able to get my thoughts out clearly.
