The relief acts that paused foreclosures made it so that any and all non payments can and will be turned into a "bullet payment" that is due at the end of your mortgage term or when you sell the property. 

The returns are good but the crime gives me cause to pause about the true potential of rent increases and value appreciation.What should I do here?

This tells me demand is low for this type of property.The commercial space is not rented which gives me some pause.

Agents wanting to be wholesalers always gives me pause.....2 opposing agendas.

If the purchase and sale agreement PSA is really seller-sided, that gives me pause.

However, are rising rates a pause for concern given the available housing inventory and inflationary environment? 

I'm following along with the BP webinars and basically pausing at every step and replicating what they do.

However I am pausing in both those locations for various reasons.Winnipeg is looking like a good third city, and I'm hoping someone reading this can suggest a great realtor in the area.Of course any advice on the a/b neighborhoods or property management would be greatly appreciated as well!

If you are not already working with an agent I sincerely hope this will be the one moment that gives you pause and makes you think about hiring one.
