Looking for an Investor Friendly Realtor in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Hello Fellow Canadians,

I live in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, New Hamburg, in Ontario. Given the crazy market in Ontario, I have instead purchased multi-family properties in Moncton, NB, and Edmonton, AB. However I am pausing in both those locations for various reasons.

Winnipeg is looking like a good third city, and I'm hoping someone reading this can suggest a great realtor in the area.

Of course any advice on the a/b neighborhoods or property management would be greatly appreciated as well!

Happy to share my Moncton and Edmonton experiences/contacts.

Thanks!

Dan
