I keep seeing articles all over the internet discussing upcoming changes and my banker tells me that "the rules are always changing" but I am curious to find a location or two that I can find what changes are coming without having to go through all of the legislation line by line.I guess I am looking for an expert site to help interpret upcoming legislation but not water it down for the masses like CNN, Fox, or CNBC.Thanks!

It's a strategy from 15 years ago and they are serving it back to the masses again because the market is hot and lots of people think they are gonna get rich on RE by employing those tired old techniques.

On a brick Vicky you have the option of loosing the brick - actually you would be turning it into a thermal mass on the conditioned side of the wall which has benefits - by covering the external wall with 2-4" of hardboard insulation and re-cladding.

You bring up a good point too, for those that do mass mailings, the law doesn't exempt you.
