having a neighbor snow blow/ shovel
I have a three family in MA. I thinking of hiring a neighbor of the property to snow blow and sand the sidewalks and driveway. The gentleman could use the extra cash and will presumably be cheaper than a professional snowplow company. What type of liability issues am I looking at if this person gets hurt on my property? Is it much different If I hire a professional company and they get hurt?
