Michigan is a real interesting Tax Lien state, they pay much higher interst in the second year of the delinquency. 

Remaining loan totals = $54k.I've already decided that if I can pay off the high interst loans at the 7.5% interest, I'm okay with having the $300/month monthly payment the remaining loans require because they will be paid in full by 2026 (some earlier than that).

It was important to just get started so the scenic route through hills and valleys is what I had to take while others jump on the interstate and do beautiful deals.

The loan im getting quoted is 7% with an $1130 payment that goes towards P&I. 7% P&I is brutal but its better than 9.3% Interst only!

We are in Humphreys County, but anywhere near an interstate should be fine.  

When dealing interstate it's also easy to scam someone who isn't familiar with the local laws and who doesn't have access to that area's multiple listing service.
