Omaha/Lincoln Lender Recommendations

Does anyone have some local Omaha/Lincoln lenders for conventional/BRRRR refi that they have had a good experience with? Looking for ability to close fast and works well with investors. Looking to secure some pre-approvals in the area to start looking back home.

I've had accounts at FNB since I was 5 years old, just not sure if they are really "local" anymore and if they will move quicky.

Any insights are appreciated. Thanks
