I've been immersing myself in videos, books, and online resources, and it has led me to the exciting world of real estate, particularly house hacking.

My wife and I decided investing in real estate may be a good way to go.I found the BP community through a MF developer who told me to immerse myself in the BP world, so I've started.

You really need to immerse yourself and learn all you can.

Now is better than ever to immerse yourself in this community to learn about the Real Estate Investment world.

Take action don't just read... that being said make sure to just immerse yourself on BP and other places because you need to learn the fundamentals if you want to know how to succeed in this environment.I stayed cautious for the first 7 years in this and didn't start making big moves until way later.  

Keep learning and asking questions to find the best spot for you, but I don’t think you can learn more than being immersed as a landlord in your own house.Best of luck.

It is not possible for others to provide sound advice without knowing if one of you (or both) work W2 jobs, what your real estate aspirations are and whether or not one of you has a natural interest in real estate and would like to become immersed in the profession.  

But I jumped into real estate as a realtor because I wanted to fully immerse myself in the business.

But rather than be rash, I've dedicated more than 4 hrs a day familiarizing and fully immersing myself.

So my only experience is in physical therapy as a career and I think it would be in my best interest to be able to lean the most being immersed in real estate all day long.
