Hello! I'm a new Bigger Pockets member from the Los Angeles area. I am reading, browsing the BiggerPockets website, and listening to the podcast as much as I can to learn as much as I can. I have experience in real estate (property management & real estate agent), but would love to meet like minded peers to learn even more about the investing side, specifically flipping or house hacking. I am mostly based in the central and eastside LA area (mid-city, fairfax, la brea, ktown, silverlake, echo park, highland park, glendale, etc..)

I have some money saved but not enough for the 5-7% just yet...any feedback/advice for newbies in this market would be much appreciated!
