If I were to buy, should I hang on to them assuming I can make some sort of profit or raise the rate and possibly lose them?

Having a warm place to fly off to at a moment's notice as long as it's not rented at the time, as well as a great place to hang out and travel FROM.

I can only imagine a lot of potential sellers are just hanging on for a while.
