Hey everyone! Been listening to the BP podcast for some time now and just downloaded the app so I figured I’d throw out an introduction. My names Larry and live in Monroeville (about 25 min south of Philadelphia). I have been working in the construction field for the last 11 years and am getting ready to close on my first flip!
