Look around and you will see the average joe is NOT getting six pack;meanwhile six pack book writers, gyms ,pod-casters,personal trainers, supplement sellers, workout equipment sellers,nutritionist,plastic surgeons etc are getting rich. 

What it does do (quite a bit) is crash...for no perceptible reason...Still, I think it's pretty solid and great for use while doing cardio at the gym...

There are deals out there, way better ones.I never lost money because I am smart ... just kidding, I lost 150 k in ONE year with a gym, but that was nearly 30 years ago.

Also, around here a lot of Schools rent out their cafeterias and gyms to growing or expanding churches - usually Sunday (naturally), and often Wednesday evenings - might be a good fit for a covered outdoor venue like this.

I started with going to the gym more and going out less.

The HOA takes care of common areas and other amenities like swimming pools, gyms, parking lots and such.Like any condo development, they do come with their inherited risks.

Your items in the basement will need to be relocated as I am turning the basement into a gym/laundry and another apartmentBoth their units will be renovated with new kitchens and baths.

So this sounds like it has pools, gym and such...
