People with real experience and that make a living as RE Investors will take time with a genuinely passionate person.

The letter seems to lack a sense of genuine interest in the property, which someone might have an attachment to.

Luckily we used sweat equity to transform this property to a suitable, safe, and clean beach house rental.

I opted to Scottsdale because I genuinely love that area, know companies (and people) continue to move to Phoenix area, and I figured I’d get started on one of hopefully many future retirement spots.

Absolutely massive, when i first saw it i genuinely thought it was another house in the back yard.

Investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into the most ugly house in the neighborhood and a few months later seen it transform into the most beautiful and most desirable home in town, it is extremely satisfying.
