Greetings all, my name is Chris, I live in the notorious state of MI, currently moving from the Flint area (flushing twp to be exact) to Gaylord... which is 150 miles north and rests upon the half way point to the North Pole.  

I've recently begun installing 1.75 gallon/minute showerheads in every unit that turns over(they're very cheap on Amazon.com,) and have begun putting in a toilet that only uses .8 gallons per flush(it's called The Niagara Ultra High Efficiency, available at Home Depot.)

Newer water heaters; one gas and one electricLarge boiler; however needs to be flushed frequently because of degrading old piping.  

When I was flush a year or so ago I tried to get the owner to sell it to me without any luck and now that I'm cash poor she decided to let it go.
