I have seen a lot of traffic from the Midwest area but not too much from the East Coast / New England. 

I had a pretty standard upbringing here in England, resulting in me spending around £21,000 on a university degree and spending the few years after working sometimes 60 hours a week for £15,000.

Holy, that is scary w/the renovation costs in New England that can easily swallow that cash flow...I will have to live really close by and do all repairs, maintenance, mgmt my self.
