Hello Everyone

My name is Gina Birdsong I am a Real Estate Agent in San Angelo, TX. I have been an agent for a little over 2 years. I want to buy and hold. My husband and I plan to purchase a rental property in the spring. I have taken the steps to create an LLC. It is free for Texas Veterans. I have also selected a local lender that I intend to use. I am also currently drooling over a property in a historical neighborhood in our town.

I fell into Real Estate by accident. We purchased our first home near Fort Rucker Al. back in 2000. We were both in the Army. September 11th happened shortly after and as you all know the whole word changed. I came down on orders to move overseas. We rented out that property for four years. We nearly doubled our money when we sold it, paid off our debt and I have been hooked ever since.

I must admit I had the illusion that Real Estate would be much more glamours and easy. It isn't anything like I expected it to be but it does provide me the flexibility to attend my children's events and work around my husbands schedule.

I want financial freedom and a legacy I can pass to my children. I look forward to learning from this forum!
